Hickey Bros. Ltd was established in 1988 and is a family owned business that started out specializing in General Contracting. Since that time, Hickey Bros. Has grown into a full service restoration contractor and is now a member of Disaster Kleenup International (Canada) Ltd., ("DKC") which is Canada's leading network of restoration professionals, with locations in every major centre from coast to coast. Hickey Bros. - Disaster Kleenup specializes in insurance restoration, property damage repairs, renovations and property/contents cleaning. Our new state of the art contents cleaning facility is the largest, most modern contents cleaning and storage facility on the Eastern Seaboard. Our technicians are certified in Ultrasonic's/Electronics Cleaning & the Esporta Wash System. Every year we are involved in larger and more complex projects with homeowners, property managers, commercial accounts and insurance companies.
Our Technicians are IICRC Certified in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Smoke & Odour Control, Applied Structural Drying, and Mould Remediation. This is part of our commitment to continued education for our employees on the latest cleaning and restoration techniques available. Hickey Bros. - Disaster Kleenup is fully computerized and internet ready. We use Xactimate and Symbility estimation systems and PSA Contractor, one of the leading restoration software packages used for keeping track of the whole job. We also use ACV content inventory systems which allows us to inventory all contents on site before the pack out is done. We are capable of sending all information, including estimates and photos, via email.
